ARTIZAAN® Inc. will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt within 30 days from date of delivery. Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason. Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return. Please complete our Returns form at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, you will be notified within 1-3 business days with further instructions on how to proceed. 10% restocking fee applies for all returns.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@artizaan.ca within 5 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item. ARTIZAAN® Inc. will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
